If using Vista you can also try clearing out the older Service pack files if running SP2. The SRP can occupy as much as 15% of your disc space if you let it. What OS version are you using? Try clearing the System Restore points (SRP) and then adjust how much space the SRP can occupy (3Gb is usually sufficient). Have you cleared the Temp folder contents? Disc clean up should have done it for you but try this little program which will clear several other areas as well. If you have cleaned out loads of stuff but still have low disc space then apart from putting stuff on an external drive or to CD or DVD there is little else you can do. The only reason I keep it is because that's where I have all my music and it's where I sync my iPhone. I have a Dell computer and it's ancient as dirt.
